開頭提到夏天來臨時大家都會計劃好美麗的假期,如游泳或者沙灘漫步等,但是健康的身體是實現一切計劃的前提再次給大家講一下一些“Healthy Summer Diet Tips”
1.high temperature 會讓你身體水分流失. 所以 water首當其沖 。無論你在教室,辦公室或者車里,確保你隨身帶有一瓶水
2.however,飲料選擇是有講究的 。少喝糖分高的碳酸飲料或甜度高的果汁,以水果代替
冰鎮酒類或者飲品適度飲用,以免腸胃不適或因飲酒過量導致高血壓等夏季易發癥
3.炎熱的干燥環境確保你多吃 vegetables and fruits. 不但保持營養且lose weight
4.那應該選擇蔬菜水果有什么標準呢?
(1)多吃含水分多的蔬果,像是 melons, oranges, tomatoes, cucumbers, blahblahblah~~~
hydrate 補水& drop body temperature降溫.
(2) 多吃時令蔬菜,少吃高熱量蔬果比如辣椒,洋蔥或大蒜etc,seem to produce heat.
5.主食方面:
Avoid fast and junk foods 等易胖食品,多吃粗纖維的食品,其他的你自己補充下咯~
減少使用spicy, hot and salty food. 夏季應當多選用純天然食品和清淡飲食.
