BRAZIL - BRF has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Globosuínos Agropecuária S.A. for R$ 20.2 million.The assets include a Piglets Production Facility (UPL) and 7,500 sows.The assets are located in the City of Toledo, State of Paraná, where BRF operates one of its biggest hog processing industrial plants.【巴西食品公司收購Globosuínos】
